Plan A) 3,000yen (Day-trip with no drinks)
Plan A includes a delicious all-day, all-you-can-eat gourmet riverside BBQ (steak, chicken, Johnsonville Brats, veggies, etc), a bonfire, Belly Dancers, Fire Dancers, and fireworks
Plan B) 5,000yen (Day-trip with all-you-can-drink plan)
Plan B includes everything from plan A, plus all-you-can-drink beer, chu-hi, wine and soft drinks
Plan C) 9,000yen (one night stay & all-you-can-drink plan)
The party doesn’t have to stop with the last train! Plan C combines everything from plans A & B, plus you get to spend the night in a beautiful log house in the middle of the woods and keep on partying into the night!
Plan D) 15,000yen(SOLD OUT!) (one night stay in a Private VIP lodge & all-you-can-drink plan)
Camp in style! This plan offers everything from the other plans, but you will have you're own private VIP lodge to spend the night in!
A brief description of what will happen on the event:
Saturday (July 5th)
- 14:00 Meet at Hikawa Camp Site
- 15:00 Set up BBQ at the Riverside (this will be a relaxed, family-style BBQ, so we do ask that everyone help out with the set-up and cooking. Thanks!)
- 15:30~22:00 Relax at the campsite, Swim in the river, visit the hot spring, Eat, Drink, Bonfire, & Fireworks
- 22:00 Last train back to Shinjuku (Plans A & B)
- 22:00~? The party continues in the log house (Plans C & D)
Sunday (July 6th)
- 10:00 Check out
- After check out, you can go on a short hike or visit neighboring hot spring for more fun.
Transportation:

From Shinjiku, take the Chuo line bound for Takao and get off at Tachikawa Station. Transfer to the Oome line to Okutama Station. Then a 5min walk from Okutama Sta. to Hikawa Campsite.
